Some Are More Equal Than Others: South Korea let off for nuclear deceptions

"In 2004, the International Atomic Energy Agency revealed that a member state had lied and carried out covert uranium conversion and enrichment activities for more than two decades, raising legitimate suspicions of interest in a nuclear weapons program. Sounds like Iran, right? Wrong. This deception was carried out by South Korea, and the violations went unpunished......"
