"Around 50 Palestinian security officers attacked a family house located in the Aida refugee camp in the southern West Bank city of Bethlehem on Thursday afternoon.

Eyewitnesses told IMEMC that Palestinian troops entered the camp in the late afternoon, officers then tried to remove Hamas flags which were put by a family on their roof tops.

Um Ramizi, a family members and who was attacked by the security troops told IMEMC that her son is going out from the Israeli jail tonight and therefor the family who is known for being Hamas supporters decorated their house with Hamas flags and Palestinian flags.

Um Ramizi added that when Palestinian forces started to shoot at her house and the house next to it she tried to stop them but instead they beat her up.

When Mohamed Al Masa'dah, her son came to help his mom they attacked him too and tried to arrest him, "they attacked me like animals, I was trying to help my mom, they called all the women who came to help me bad names."

The Palestinian security forces left after removing the Hamas flags, they told the family that the Hamas flags are illegal."
