"Nablus – Ma'an – The Hamas movement on Saturday accused the Palestinian security services in the West Bank of torturing Hamas-affiliated detainees.

The Palestinian Authority has denied the allegations.

The statement also said that three other detainees were taken to hospitals in Ramallah, in the central West Bank, in recent days for similar reasons. The victims of torture were named as; Nihad 'Ulayyan, Abed ir Rahim Faysal, both from Nur Shams refugee camp in Tulkarem, and Wajdi Ad Deik from Kafr ad Dik in Salfit.
