Al-Jazeera Video: Thai red shirts defiant after protests



"April 11, 2010 — Red shirt protesters in Thailand are refusing to negotiate with the government after the worst rioting in two decades yesterday left at least 21 people dead.

The anti-government protesters want parliament dissolved and Abhisit Vejjajiva, the prime minister, to leave the country.

A certain calm has returned to the streets of the capital Bangkok, but the stand-off is still far from over.
