Al-Jazeera Video: Syrian opposition rejects new demands
"The Syrian opposition has rejected the government's latest demand.
Damascus wants "written guarantees" the opposition fighters will stop fighting.
The opposition fighters say they will not do that, but they will give the guarantees to the international community.
This all threatens a planned ceasefire brokered by the peace envoy Kofi Annan.
