"GAZA, (PIC)-- The Qassam Brigades, the Hamas' armed wing, condemned on Saturday statements by Salam Fayyad, the head of the unconstitutional "emergency government" in which he insulted Palestinian resistance.
"The wretched person is the one who throws himself in the arms of enemies for mere crumbs conditional on making serious political concessions in the interest of the enemy," Abu Obeida, the Qassam Brigades' spokesman commented on Fayyad's abusive statements in a press release.
Fayyad said on Friday to the CNN that the resistance has only brought misery to the Palestinian people, and that he is nonchalant about Palestinians criticizing him of collaborating with Israel. In addition, he expressed his reluctance of repeating the phrase, "Resistance is a right of all occupied peoples," and said, "We must think about what works out and what does not."
For its part, the popular resistance committees said that Fayyad is "wanted by the resistance for his frank confession of collaboration with the Zionist occupation."
Abu Mujahid, the committees' spokesman said in a press release that the one who accuses the Palestinian resistance of misery "has no place among us" and should join whom he collaborates with."
