COMMENT
This is another proof that the main function of the Egyptian army is to suppress the Egyptian people (regardless of religion). It is NOT to defend Egyptian sovereignty in the Sinai nor to defend Egyptian soldiers attacked and killed by the IOF.
That is why Tantawi and his junta get paid about a billion dollars a year by the US.
Just remember this when you hear the meaningless slogan, "the people and the army are one!"
