"Egypt's highest court is to decide on Monday if an order from the president, demanding the parliament reconvene, is legal.
Mohamed Morsi ordered parliament back to work, overturning the military council's move to dissolve it nearly a month ago.
With no parliament, the military still holds all the law-making power.
Some critics, however, say the president has overstepped his authority.
