"Amateur video obtained from social media purports to show the aftermath of air raids over the Syrian town of Ras al-Ain. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says 12 people, including seven Islamist militants, were killed in the air strikes. The town, on the Turkish border, fell to rebels on Thursday. Thousands have fled into Turkey."
