انزعاج أردني من اقتراح مصر إرسال قوات عربية لقطاع غزة

I will post the English equivalent of this article as soon as I find it.

This sheds light on the rapprochement between Hamas and Jordan. It says that Jordan opposes the Egyptian proposal to send "Arab" troops into Gaza. Jordan is afraid of two things:

1) A second step which would see "Arab" (in this case Jordanian) troops introduced into the West Bank.

2) More importantly, Jordan sees in this as the final liquidation of the Palestinian cause and the end of the idea of a Palestinian state in Gaza and the West Bank.

Jordan's fear is that if this takes place, then the solution would shift to the "Jordanian option." This means ultimately "transferring" the Palestinians from the West Bank and Gaza to Jordan, as Israel finally colonizes all of Palestine from the sea to the river.

Jordan feels that Israel has put Egypt in a big dilemma and that Israel has exported its problems to Egypt. In turn, Egypt is trying to drown the rest of the Arabs in the problem it has created for itself.

Basically, Egypt has become a full partner with Israel in suppressing the Palestinians and in liquidating their cause, once and for all.

This is an extremely serious development and portends major upheavals. I warned about such possibilities several years back and now it is crunch time; fasten your seat belts!

"كشفت مصادر سياسية أردنية أن عمان منزعجة من الاقتراح المصري الداعي لإرسال قوات عربية لقطاع غزة، وأكدت أن المملكة تدرس الاقتراح الذي أعلنه وزير الخارجية المصري أحمد أبو الغيط بهدوء لمنع نشوب أي أزمة مع القاهرة.
وقال مصدر سياسي مطلع رفض الكشف عن اسمه للجزيرة نت إن الأردن لا يؤيد بأي حال من الأحوال إدخال قوات عربية لقطاع غزة، مشيرا إلى أن الموقف الأردني نابع من تخوفات عمان من عودة شبح الوطن البديل وحل المشكلة الفلسطينية على حساب الكيان الأردني.
ويؤكد رئيس لجنة الشؤون الخارجية في البرلمان الأردني الدكتور محمد أبو هديب أن الأردن "غير مرتاح للاقتراح المصري"، واعتبر أن القبول بإدخال قوات عربية لقطاع غزة "سيكون بمثابة المسمار الأخير في نعش القضية الفلسطينية".
