"Egypt's prime minister, Hisham Kandil, arrives in Gaza on Friday as the Israeli military and Palestinian militants continue to exchange fire. Shortly after Kandil arrived, rockets fired from Gaza hit several sites in southern Israel. The Israeli air force responded with an attack on the house of Hamas's commander for southern Gaza."
