Haneyya offers peaceful initiative of five points
Ramallah - the PA Prime Minister Ismail Haneyya has launched Saturday an initiative that, in his view, would end the current stand off over the captured Israeli soldier, and to halt all forms of IOF atrocities in the Gaza Strip.
