Egypt labor unrest spreads as bus drivers strike

COMMENT:

It is obvious that this great Egyptian revolution has tremendous staying power, is organized, systematic, and intelligent.

As was stated many times, general labor open-ended strikes should be an important part of bringing this rotten regime down. This is a new segment of labor that is joining the revolution. It is killing two birds with one stone: It is stopping work, but also paralyzing the transport sector.

We need to see the universities (students and faculty) declare an open-ended nationwide strike.
