Al-Jazeera Video: Egyptian army blames violence on protesters

"At least 13 people have been killed and over 800 injured in the Egyptian military's crackdown on protesters in the past few days.

In its first news conference since the latest fighting began, military leaders defended their soldiers, blaming the violence on the protestors.
