"03/05/2010 PA Prime Minister Salam Fayyad said Sunday that a Palestinian state will not be declared by August 2011, adding that "as far as government institutions are concerned, we will be prepared for the establishment of a Palestinian state."
Fayyad recently presented a two-year plan for the establishment of a Palestinian state.

Speaking to Al Hurra, a US-based satellite TV channel ahead of the launching of indirect talks with Israel, Fayyad criticized the Israeli government saying it is disrupting the work of Palestinian security forces in the occupied West Bank [Puppet: We are doing your dirty work; leave us alone and don't embarrass us!]....."
