Hamas: Abbas's statements in Egypt abort efforts to break siege on Gaza

"GAZA, (PIC)-- The Hamas Movement has unequivocally accused on Tuesday PA chief Mahmoud Abbas of aborting all Palestinian and Arab efforts to break the two-year-old economic blockade on Gaza Strip.

The sanctions took their toll on the Palestinian patients, mostly children and elderly people, as number of the victims crossed the line of 100.

The Movement also explained that the insistence of Abbas on implementing the crossings deal that was signed in 2005 and gave the Israelis free hand to impose the crushing economic siege on Gaza, in addition to his remarks linking the lifting of the siege to halting the Palestinian resistance proves beyond reasonable doubt that he is derailing all the efforts exerted by Hamas Movement with the Egyptian government to rescind the blockade......"
