"GAZA(PIC)-- The armed wing of Hamas Movement, the Qassam Brigades (QB), has urged the prosecution of PA chief Mahmoud Abbas for “betraying” the Palestinian people and the Palestinian resistance by issuing shoot-to-kill orders against Palestinian fighters. “This is an obvious crime of treason and a stab in the side of the Palestinian legitimate resistance committed by the highest authority in the PA”, the QB affirmed in statement it issued and a copy of which was obtained by the PIC.

The group also urged Abbas to apologize and to and ask forgiveness from the Palestinian people and families of Palestinian fighters killed because of his orders.

The group, furthermore, called on families of Palestinian fighters assassinated by IOF troops to file lawsuits against Abbas being the person responsible in the first place for the killing of their sons due to those instructions.

Security documents seized by Hamas’s fighters from PA security apparatuses in Gaza Strip proved that PA security apparatuses used to guide IOF troops on the whereabouts of the Palestinian resistance fighters firing rockets on Israel, making it easy for IOF troops to target and kill them.

The QB unveiled a tape found in one of the PA security apparatuses showing Abbas issuing orders to the PA intelligence department to kill Palestinian fighters firing missiles on Israeli settlements in retaliation to the IOF aggressions on the Palestinian people. Hence the QB urged Abbas to retract his orders and to acknowledge the “fatal” mistake he committed against his own people and against the legitimate resistance fighters who sacrificed their lives for the sake of their country’s freedom and independence.

IOF military officers had lately acknowledged that after the routing of the PA security apparatuses in Gaza Strip at the hands of Hamas’s fighters, the IOF troops were facing difficulties in targeting Palestinian fighters firing rockets on Israeli settlements......
